At 18, while attending a Gaelscoil (Irish-medium school), I decided to start giving Irish lessons online to make some money on the side before college.
Five years, three languages and two countries later, I’ve turned this niche hobby of mine into my full-time job!
As someone who loves learning languages himself, I loved giving people the opportunity to do the same with my own language and culture!
As an Irish immigrant abroad it has also helped me to stay in touch with my culture and roots (even after years of often being the only Irish in the room!)
Since starting off in my teens. I have given over 2000 classes to students at all levels from over 20 different countries!

“Daniel is extremely patient and clear. He would not mind slowing down or even going back whenever I need to. Although I only do lessons quite infrequently (once every 3 weeks on average) and with little time for revision in between, I still find myself able to catch up with his lesson and find myself able to build sentences using the new grammar after the first 20 minutes of each lesson.
